San Diego Latino Film Festival Kickoff Attracts Media

NBC 7/39 is once again a sponsor for the San Diego Latino Film Festival. This year’s media kickoff party celebrated the festival’s 15th year. Local media and other guests were invited to enjoy a night of music, movies and appetizers at EXY Chic Greek Restaurant downtown.

Ethan van Thillo, executive director of the Media Arts Center San Diego, opened up the festivities. Thillo highlighted how the SDLFF has come a long way from its humble beginnings as a student film festival to an internationally recognized festival.”*
