In 2008 Latinos will comprise about 9 percent of the nation’s eligible voters, according to a recent study by The Pew Hispanic Center. But beyond that, Latinos will emerge as a critically important swing vote in this year’s election thanks in large part to that subject you ignored in high school…geography.”*
