“If you’re sitting on a script for a sequel to “Carnal Knowledge,” you might run it by Rita Moreno’s people.

“That would be marvelous,” she said of a hypothetical follow-up to her classic film on male sexual mores, also starring Jack Nicholson and Art Garfunkel. “Oh, my God.”

Years ago, Nicholson supposedly yearned to reprise his 1971 role as a scurrilous chauvinist, but no one has approached Moreno with the idea, she said Tuesday. At least until now. Ahem.”*
