“Several Latino small-business owners have formed their own chamber of commerce, and we believe this is a good move. Not that anything is wrong with the Greeley Chamber of Commerce. But it goes without saying that often these clubs are only comfortable for the people who created them and intimidating to those on the outside.

Alberto Loya, who is the North Colorado Latino Chamber’s board president, said enough clients had walked into his insurance office without sufficient knowledge of business procedures to convince him that a Latino chamber was warranted.”*
