“The Hispanic Bar Association of Central Florida is launching a series of free Spanish-language seminars designed to inform Latinos about their rights concerning legal issues they may face.

Attorneys who are members of the organization will talk about the areas in which they specialize and will take questions from the public.

“There are so many scams out there, and our community — in particular, the non-English speaking — is the target for many of these,” said Penelope P�rez-Kelly, a board member.
