As the Puerto Rican Chamber of Commerce of Sarasota-Manatee Counties celebrates its one-year anniversary this week, members proudly point to its many accomplishments.
During its first year, the chamber has launched a small-business incubator for small and startup businesses that have interest in Puerto Rico, companies who want to hire employees from the island or are interested in making their products there.
Members also have been active in encouraging Hispanic youth into entrepreneurship.”*
