“Employer-based health insurance is eroding for everyone, but Hispanic workers feel the most insecure, according to a study released Wednesday.

A quarter of Hispanics surveyed last year for the Rockefeller Foundation, one of the nation’s oldest private foundations helping the poor, said they were very worried about losing their insurance coverage, said an analysis of the findings by the Economic Policy Institute, a Washington D.C.- based think tank.

And 26 percent reported not going to a doctor because of the cost, according to the institute. In addition, 25 percent said they had taken money out of savings to cover health expenses.”*
