Greta Harrison says it’s been her lifelong dream to visit Cuba, her mother’s homeland, some day.

“It’s my dream to visit when it’s legal and when the country is on the mend,” said Harrison, a 47-year-old Hampton resident. “My dream is for him to pass away and for the country to recuperate.
