“San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom is scheduled to host a reception Tuesday evening for Luis R. Cancel, the City’s newly appointed Director of Cultural Affairs.

The 6:00 p.m. event will be held in the Wattis Room of Davis Symphony Hall located at 201 Van Ness Avenue.

“A large part of what makes San Francisco such a coveted place to live and visit is its position as a world class arts and culture destination,” said Mayor Newsom.”*
