Fabio Alonso Salgado, known as Estefano, has penned hits for stars such as Marc Anthony and Shakira. His handyman, Francisco Oliveira, 30, has pleaded not guilty to shooting him point blank May 25 at his Miami Beach mansion. Investigators have not identified a motive.”*
