Gov. Jim Doyle has picked a Wauwatosa man to be a member of the University of Wisconsin System Board of Regents.
Doyle says Jose Vasquez will join the 18-member board immediately. Vasquez heads a Milwaukee nonprofit that provides services to children and seniors.”*
