This is an even tougher job when your first language isn’t English. To help Hispanic homeowners learn about the process and make smart decisions, Neighborhood Housing Services of Chicago is opening a new center in the Back-of-the-Yards neighborhood that will offer Spanish-language classes and services for first-time homebuyers.”*
