“Police Chief David Farmer said he would be foolish to say MS-13 gang members are not in town.

The gang’s name has been found twice in recent weeks spray-painted on a school building and on a construction site trailer.

MS-13, or La Mara Salvatrucha, is a Hispanic gang out of El Salvador.”*
