Historically, Hispanics, including those here in the Gem State, are less likely to register and vote in any election.
Theres now a campaign aimed at getting more Latinos to the polls. As the states Hispanic population continues to grow faster than any other minority group, voter turnout among Latinos still remains extremely low.
But one group is now reaching out to Hispanics and other minorities, convincing them they can make a difference. They can march, protest and voice their opinion on the streets about issues important to the Hispanic community.”*
