The 18-year-old Beef Quality Assurance workshop program reached a milestone last week.
Minnesota Beef Council staff offered the BQA information in both English and Spanish to 80 beef and dairy steer producers and workers.

Wulf estimates the county has 10 dairy farms, 25 cow-calf operations and 20 beef feedlots.”*
