“Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that it has hired Salvador Hasbún as the new Vice President of Sales for SBS Puerto Rico. Mr. Hasbún, whose appointment is effectively immediately, will be based in SBS’ Puerto Rico offices.

“We are thrilled to have someone with the talent and experience of Salvador joins SBS”, said Marko Radlovic, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of SBS. “As a senior executive at some of the world’s leading advertising agencies and Spanish language media properties, he clearly has the right background, relationships and the successful track record to lead our Puerto Rico sales efforts. Prior to joining SBS, Mr. Hasbún spent 17 years in various management positions at internationally recognized advertising firms such as Young & Rubicam, Grey, Foote, Cone & Belding, and de la Cruz Group. He also spent 10 years as the General Manager for the San Juan Star Media Network where he managed the group’s publications. In addition, Mr. Hasbún also founded his own publishing company that produces leading titles such as “Fox Sports en Español” and “Motorzone”.
