Spanish Broadcasting System Hires Salvador Hasbún - Media and Advertising Industry Veteran Appointed Vice President of Sales for SBS Puerto Rico

Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) (NASDAQ: SBSA) announced today that it has hired Salvador Hasbún as the new Vice President of Sales for SBS Puerto Rico. Mr. Hasbún, whose appointment is effectively immediately, will be based in SBS’ Puerto Rico offices.

Prior to joining SBS, Mr. Hasbún spent 17 years in various management positions at internationally recognized advertising firms such as Young & Rubicam, Grey, Foote, Cone & Belding, and de la Cruz Group. He also spent 10 years as the General Manager for the San Juan Star Media Network where he managed the group’s publications. In addition, Mr. Hasbún also founded his own publishing company that produces leading titles such as “Fox Sports en Español” and “Motorzone”.
