Su Teatro launched its $4.5 million capital campaign Thursday with the announcement of a $400,000 matching grant from the Gates Foundation that supporters of Denver’s only Latino theater company already have matched.
The Su Teatro Cultural and Performing Arts Center will be a new multidisciplinary facility to anchor the southern tip of the Santa Fe Arts District at 215 S. Santa Fe Drive. Planned opening is spring 2009.”*
