Almost doubling the number of job fairs held last year, NSHP’s 2008 career events will be held in the eight cities most requested by employers and jobseekers, also considering job seeker demographics and past attendee feedback.

Attending organizations will meet hundreds of bilingual and multicultural professional candidates in an efficient format that maximizes recruiting efficiency.

Over 200 employers with a commitment to diversity were represented at NSHP’s 2007 Career Fair events, including Aetna, Bloomberg, Cisco Systems, eBay, JP Morgan Chase, Verizon Wireless and the U.S. Department of State.

“With the rapidly-expanding Hispanic market and its increased buying power, companies are expanding their search for professionals with the language and cultural skills to serve this segment,” said NSHP’s Communications Director Sandra Roffo. “NSHP is proud to provide a venue to help Latino professionals advance their careers and allow organizations to connect with a diverse talent pool in a time-efficient manner.”
