“In a sign of just how important the Hispanic vote in the Republican presidential contest, former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney both unveiled television ads in Spanish that will begin running in Florida today.

Giuliani’s ad, called “Un Plan,” touts tax cuts that Giuliani proposed, calling them “el recorte de impuestos más grande en la historia de este país” — “the largest tax cuts in the history of this country.”"*
