A judge has dismissed a slander and civil rights lawsuit that a charter school serving mostly Hispanic students brought against KABC-AM and one of its show hosts.
In a court ruling issued Thursday, Judge Ralph W. Dau found that the remarks by “McIntyre in the Morning” host Doug McIntyre were opinion and not a command to imminent violence or other lawless action.”*
