“Hispanic entrepreneurial businesses need more information as they open in Nampa, mayor Tom Dale told business owners and development officials.

“Maybe we need to require a business license program in the city,” said Dale, relating the point that the city currently doesn’t require a business license to open shop. “Maybe, we require a permit and at the same time we ask them about their business, whether they have a business plan, an outlook or a need for financing, and at that point we give them the information that is available.””*
