Moms teach Hispanic culture to children – Livermore, California

Tagged: , , ,

“The Hispanic Moms Club enjoyed a celebration of Los Reyes Magos (the Magi or the Three Wise Men) at the Livermore Public Library on Sunday, including sharing a rosca de reyes, an egg bread with candied fruits and three baby Jesus figurines hidden inside.

Koren Soule asked a group of children — in Spanish — to choose a piece of bread. The person who got a piece with the doll would have to host a party before Feb. 2 or Candlemas, a religious holiday.”*
