The California Endowment, a private, statewide health foundation, today announced the appointment of Robert Alaniz, a dynamic 30-year veteran of public relations and public affairs, as vice president of Communications and Public Affairs, effective November 12. In his new capacity, Alaniz is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of Communications and Public Affairs activities”*
