Entravision Communications Corporation to Acquire WNUE-FM Serving the Orlando, Florida Market

EntravisionCommunications Corporation (NYSE: EVC), a leading diversified Spanish-languagemedia company, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreementto acquire Spanish-language radio station WNUE-FM serving the Orlando, Floridamarket from Mega Communications for an aggregate purchase price ofapproximately $24 million. Entravision will begin operating the station onDecember 1, 2007 pursuant to a local marketing agreement between Entravisionand Mega Communications.
Entravision currently owns and operates television station WVEN-TV Channel26, a Univision affiliate and operates television station WOTF-TV Channel 43,a Telefutura affiliate, serving the Orlando, Florida market. With theaddition of radio station WNUE-FM, Orlando will become Entravision’s 11thmarket in which it owns both radio and television assets.
