Kids Count reveals increase in Hispanic students – Rhode Island

CENTRAL FALLS — Hispanic children outnumber white children by a nearly 2-1 margin, 56.4 percent to 28.4 percent, while in Pawtucket, white children outnumber Hispanics 55.6 percent to 21 percent, according to a new report issued Monday by RI Kids Count called Central Falls and Pawtucket Data in Your Backyard.
