Injunction issued against Latino street gang in San Marcos - California

For the second time in a decade, authorities have obtained an injunction against a Latino street gang that investigators say has been terrorizing San Marcos neighborhoods.

Superior Court Judge Timothy M. Casserly issued a preliminary injunction Wednesday against nearly 100 members of Varrio San Marcos, considered to be one of the largest gangs in San Diego County.”*
