“At Chicago’s Allstate Arena on Sunday, October 21, Viva Entertainment and Hauser Entertainment co-produced one of the most anticipated concerts of the year.

Vicente Fernández, Mexico’s most legendary voice in the Ranchero music scene, brought together three generations as the sold-out auditorium brimmed with grandparents, grandchildren and their parents making this venue the place to be.

Vicente Fernández sang for more than three hours delighting the crowd with more than sixty songs. The talented artist renewed the legitimacy of his credentials while deploying all his charisma.

Breaking his own previous record of 17,792 tickets sold last year, Fernandez has confirmed that, as the song goes; he “continues to be the king.”

Viva Entertainment is very pleased to announce that this new production escalated the number of tickets sold to 18,452 setting a new record for a Latin artist at the Allstate Arena.

Earlier in the season, on September 2, 2007, a sold-out Allstate Arena mega-show featured two of Mexico’s most prestigious singers and songwriters, Juan Gabriel and Marco Antonio Solis.
Viva Entertainment produced another successful show on September 28, 2007 presenting RBD, Aventura and Diego at the Allstate Arena. The show, lasting nearly five hours from 8 pm to 12:45 am, entertained an energized and enthusiastic audience of 11,296.
