Latino purchasing power in Phoenix nearly doubled during the last six years, thanks to population, income and homeownership growth, a new report due out today says.
Purchasing power grew from $3.6 billion in 2000 to $6.4 billion in 2006, and the number is expected to hit $9.8 billion in 2011, according to “Datos 2007: Focus on Arizona’s Hispanic Market.” “*
