“The Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce, will honor Johnny A. Yataco, President of the Washington Hispanic, and Mr. Ronald Gordon, President of ZGS Communications, as the recipients of the Peruvian Business Man of the Year Awards for 2007. These awards will be presented at this chamber of commerce Annual Business Achievement Awards on November 16th at the Fairview Marriott Hotel in Falls Church, Virginia.

“Recognition of outstanding management practices, high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive impact on society are tremendous accolades encompassed in this Award. While I am deeply honored to be recognized, I owe much to my colleagues and family for having help make the achievements possible recognized in this award” said Johnny Yataco.

Ron Gordon also expressed his gratitude for the recognition “This is great, I am very proud! Many thanks to the board of directors and members of the Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce for selecting me for this prestigious award”, concluded Gordon

“This year the selection hasn’t been easy, given the fact that a goodly number of Peruvians are leading successful businesses, but the board of directors concluded that these two outstanding individuals deserved to be recognized for their hard work in building exemplary enterprises,” said Ricardo Villanueva, president of the capital’s Peruvian chamber.

The Awards are given to established Peruvian Business men and women that have made significant achievements in development and growth. The award was judged against the principles of the Business Excellence Model: Leadership, People Management, Customer Satisfaction, Impact on Society, Business Results.

The Peruvian American Chamber of Commerce is a non-profit organization founded in 1993. The main purpose of the organization is to stimulate and to promote the development of Peruvian businesses in the United States of America and Peru.”*
