Gone is the tacky peach and teal color scheme that had been Winn-Dixie’s signature for decades. The newly remodeled Winn-Dixie in Coral Way Plaza has a much more soothing mix of soft green, mauve, yellow and orange. The Miami store is one of the first 30 remodels Winn-Dixie has completed, and the company plans to have 75 finished this year.”*
