National Coalition Paves the Way for Unprecedented Latino Voter Turnout in 2008

“WHAT: The historic Ya es Hora and voter participation campaign, led by a coalition of national, regional, and local organizations and the leading media in the country, will announce its unprecedented voter mobilization strategy for 2008. The campaign partners will highlight the success of their efforts to help nearly one million immigrants apply for in 2007 and unveil national plans to mobilize the Latino vote in 2008. The briefing will also include an analysis on the strategic importance of the Latino vote within the 2008 electoral map and an unveiling of the campaign’s media plan. The national partners of the campaign include: Communications Inc., , Mi Familia Vota Educational Fund, National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials, National Council of , and Communications Inc.
