First expo in WMass has Latinos networking – Springfield, Massachusetts

Her company was a main sponsor for the first Latino Community Expo, or “La Feria Latina,” at the YMCA of Greater Springfield Yesterday. The free event featured dozens of Latino-owned businesses and services, plus raffles and giveaways.
Organizers said the event was advertised on Latino media locally. Just minutes after the doors opened at noon yesterday, hundreds flooded an auditorium and a line wrapped around the hallway outside.
“It’s been nonstop, and we just started,” Latino Chamber of Commerce President Carlos Gonzalez said yesterday.”*
