Veteran New York anchorwoman Denisse Oller has resigned from WXTV/Ch. 41 to pursue a career in cooking.
Oller, who has been on the air at Univision – and for a while at rival Telemundo – since 1986, appeared on her last 6 p.m. newscast last night.
“My life is calling me,” Oller, 51, told the Daily News yesterday. “It’s been calling me for quite a while.”"*
