Reputed Mexican Mafia leader appears in Riverside court

A reputed leader of the Mexican Mafia, accused of overseeing a narcotics ring based in the Coachella Valley, pleaded not guilty Monday in federal court to dealing in controlled substances.
Tony Gonzales-Rodriguez Jr., 37, was arrested in Baja California and turned over to the FBI on Saturday, said Laura Eimiller of the FBI’s Los Angeles office.”*
