“Verizon is rolling out the Hispanic Information Telecommunications Network, offering it in all its FiOS TV markets, officials said Monday.

HITN-TV is a Spanish-language network that offers educational and cultural programming, reaching more than 22 million households.

“HITN provides one of the fastest growing demographic groups in the U.S. with exceptional educational and cultural programming,” Terry Denson, vice president of FiOS TV content and programming, said in a prepared statement. “It is a meaningful addition to our expanding lineup of Spanish-language programming.””*
