New Mexico Gov. Bill Richardson is not a celebrity presidential candidate.
He hasn’t received much media attention, and his campaign stop in Tucson Saturday morning was hardly the stuff of glitz and fanfare.
There were far more empty chairs than people at ArtFare, 55 N. Sixth Ave., where Richardson spoke for about an hour, outlining an environmental plan that calls for better fuel efficiency and the development of renewable, clean energy.”*
