“Mexico’s No. 2 web TV Azteca on Tuesday said profits slipped 21.5% during the quarter, mostly on higher costs from producing Stateside and paying more taxes.

The company, owned by mogul Carlos Salinas Pliego, reported net income of 408 million pesos ($37.3 million), down from $48.1 million in the same period last year.”*
