“Solaris, an NGO that has been working in Lambayeque, and other cities in the country for seven years, has as one of its main objectives to provide throughout with the necessary energy and nutrition they need to study and carry out other academic tasks.

A total of 19 thousand 970 elementary school students, belonging to 31 schools in Chiclayo and ranging from the ages of 6 – 12, are provided with a daily serving of enriched milk and bread which has also been supplemented to provide the with much needed nutrition.”*
