There is energy in nativism, and it takes little to turn it around. In fact, that negative impulse of the anti-immigrant wave has already produced a positive outcome.
First, let’s understand that the anti-immigrant sentiment is a movement, organized and well established. It has a militant faction, a thorough media component and a well-funded political arm.”*
