“Low-income, Hispanic students who are studying science and certain languages at Cal State will benefit from a $2.4 million grant the university received from the federal Department of Education.

The five-year grant will provide tutoring services on campus within specific disciplines, additional career education and will tap alumni to provide mentoring and internship opportunities, said Carol Dixon, interim director of the Career Development Center.”*
