“Arizona voters may have a choice of employer sanctions measures on the 2008 general election ballot.
A new initiative was filed Tuesday by a campaign group with ties to business interests already mounting a legal challenge to a new law that suspends or revokes licenses of employers which knowingly hire illegal immigrants.
Supporters have until next July to file 153,365 voter signatures to qualify the so-called “Stop Illegal Hiring” initiative for the November 2008 ballot. “*
