“A Mexican labor court cleared the way for 3,716 workers at Grupo Mexico SAB to leave the nation’s largest mining union to create their own labor group as strikes disrupt operations at three mines.

The court upheld votes from an election last month, rejecting a challenge by the National Mining and Metal Workers Union, the Labor Ministry said today in an e-mailed statement.”*
