Their disagreement centers on what approach will better help their cause – gentle, private persuasion or aggressive, public pressure. This week’s announcement of a march and rally at City Hall on Saturday has further divided the activists.
“Everybody has their opinion as far as which way things should be done,” said Jose Galvez, an organizer of Saturday’s planned rally to protest the city’s actions. “*
