“Navarro Discount Pharmacies said it is buying all 11 stand-alone Sedano’s Pharmacy stores for an undisclosed amount.

Miami-based Navarro is the U.S.’s largest Hispanic-owned pharmacy chain. Sedano’s is second largest.

The deal only includes Sedano’s pharmacies, not the company’s 28 supermarkets.”*
