Loudoun County Chamber Launches Hispanic Business Outreach – Virginia
Tagged: outreach, population, VirginiaPosted on: October 10th, 2007“While Loudoun County supervisors and political candidates work to crack down on illegal immigration, the latest initiative of the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce is aimed at building relationships with the growing base of Hispanic entrepreneurs. Hispanic Business Outreach Committee has been meeting for the past five months.
“When [Chamber President] Tony Howard, a couple partners and I talked about this idea…realizing the Hispanic population is growing, we thought it would be nice to reach out to them,” said committee Chairman Florencia Loren. “We want to welcome them to grow with us.”"
