Some iron-soldered sculptures and drawings made by Soler Pozzi’s late father, Max Soler, are also on display.
The exhibition, which opened during last week’s First Fridays Artwalk, is in observance of Hispanic Heritage Month, which runs from Sept. 15 to Oct. 15.
The show also features Cuban-born Jorge Benitez and Javier Tapia of Peru, both painters and Virginia Commonwealth University professors; Colombian native Diego Sanchez, a painter and art teacher at St. Catherine’s School; and sculptor/painter Frederick Chiriboga, who grew up in Ecuador.”
