Cesar Chavez is worthy of street-name honor – Lubbock, Texas

Canyon Lakes Drive, which winds along the Canyon Lake system in Lubbock, already is well-named. A better choice would be a street in the Arnett-Benson area of Lubbock, which is predominantly occupied by Hispanic residents.”
