Hispanics in Camden need strong leaders – New Jersey

“An illuminating and spontaneous conversation took place during the recent election of the Camden Hispanic Chamber of Commerce’s executive committee.

The discussion revolved around the Hispanic community’s absence at a meeting where Gov. Jon Corzine signed a five-year extension of Camden’s takeover by the state.

Corzine officially named retired judge Theodore Davis as the city’s chief operating officer — Davis had assumed this role in 2006 on an interim basis.”
