“federal judge has dismissed a Coors Brewing Co. lawsuit that claimed Puerto Rican tax policy unconstitutionally favors local brewers, saying an agreement already was reached in a similar case.

The ruling was issued on Sunday, almost a year after the Colorado-based brewer sued Puerto Rico’s Secretary of the Treasury. The exemption says companies that produce more than 31 million gallons are taxed $4.05 per gallon.”
