It’s 8 p.m. and Leonardo Jaramillo is still at work after starting his day at 6 o’clock in the morning. Jaramillo runs his own construction business, and he has more jobs to finish before his workday is over.
“This is basically the third job I’ve done today and I’m not done,” said Jaramillo. “I still have one more to go.””
